Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manager - Asset Management to oversee maintenance, repair, and optimization of static and rotating equipment at our Rajasthan sites. The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems in our hydrocarbon operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance & Upkeep:

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of all static and rotating equipment, including gas compressors, pumps, fans, filters, heat exchangers, air compressors, valves, and piping systems.
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment protection systems and auxiliaries.

Condition Monitoring & Diagnostics:

• Conduct comprehensive condition monitoring, including greasing, lube oil sampling & analysis, and LLF checks.
• Perform vibration measurement, monitoring, analysis, and diagnostics for critical equipment.
• Carry out repair, overhauling, and bearing replacements for pumps, compressors, blowers, motors, skimmers, and engines.

Alignment & Calibration:

• Perform alignment checks and corrections for motor-to-pump, fan, compressor, and gearbox connections.
• Service and replace gearboxes as needed.
• Conduct critical function testing and calibration of PSVs (Pressure Safety Valves).

Performance Testing & Cleaning:

• Perform fire water pump performance testing.
• Conduct hydro jet cleaning services for heat exchangers and vessels.
• Execute internal chemical cleaning for shell & tube and air-cooled heat exchangers.

Insulation & Mechanical System Maintenance:

• Ensure proper insulation of piping, vessels, exchangers, compressors, pumps, and other packaged equipment in both hot and cold services.
• Oversee the inspection and maintenance of all mechanical systems per the approved annual maintenance plan.

Documentation & Record-Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all maintenance activities.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Expertise in asset management, mechanical maintenance, and reliability engineering.
• Strong knowledge of hydrocarbon processing equipment and rotating machinery.
• Experience in condition monitoring techniques and diagnostics.
• Proficiency in alignment procedures, calibration, and function testing.
• Ability to handle safety protocols and compliance requirements.
