Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Relationship Officer, you will be at the forefront of banking operations, engaging with customers and helping them explore financial solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Client Acquisition & Business Growth – Source new business through allocated bank branches and build strong customer relationships.
• Broking & Trading Activation – Identify and onboard broking clients while ensuring smooth activation for trading services.
• Customer Engagement & Retention – Assist high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and regular clients in making informed financial decisions.
• Sales & Product Promotion – Showcase the bank’s financial products and new digital services to potential customers.
• Seamless Customer Experience – Guide clients through banking processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience.
